Dalian sunrise Quartz Glass Co., Ltd. was established in May 1989. It specializes in the research and development, production and trade of quartz glass products. The company is located in Dalian, Liaoning Province, and is sitting on the large international port of Dalian Port in the north of China. The transportation is very convenient. The company has advanced production line and strong technical force, and produces all kinds of transparent, opaque quartz glass products and quartz glass products by using unique production technology. The total area of the company's factory building is 30000 square meters, with a total of 300 employees, including 50 sales managers and 30 engineers and technicians. The annual output of quartz glass products has reached over 1000 tons, and the quality of products has reached the international advanced standard. It is one of the main quartz glass producers in China, and is also a member of quartz Association.
The company adopts melting (production of transparent quartz glass, quartz glass), rotation method (production opal quartz), gas mixing method (quartz production weight) and many other process methods of production. The silica glass produced by our company is dehydrated by vacuum dehydroxylation furnace, and its hydroxyl content is below 5ppm. At present, all kinds of technical indexes: hydroxyl, thermal performance, mechanical strength and appearance have achieved the leading level in the industry. We also produce the serpentine, spiral type, &Omega, pear shaped; quartz glass products, with advanced equipment of infrared heating products and UV sterilization products workshop workshop, the main production series of infrared and ultraviolet series products, including: carbon fiber heating lamp, halogen lamp, lamp heater, sterilization and other related product. Our company constantly improves production technology, updates and improves production equipment and good after-sales service, so that products have been in the leading position in the same industry, and the market feedback is good.
